I made this from 2 round cakes! You can find the recipe here on Betty Crocker's Website.

Easter Sunday Cake

Hello Kitty Cake

This was my first cake using Marshmallow Fondant.
I used a Wilton's cake pan for the head- Super Easy!
This Cake gave me the confidence to try different cakes.
Thank you Kitty!
Matching Cupcakes!

Batman

My first Batman Cake. I used lots of yellow marshmallow fondant to cover this huge cake! It's French Vanilla with a Bavarian Creme center. Yum!

Baby Shower Cake

I was inspired by the May issue of Better Homes and Gardens to make a pink lemonade cake for my best friends baby shower. I made the cake pink layers like the picture and frosted with a lemon butter cream. Yum!
This is how it looked on the outside. I wanted to make the bottom with ruffles, but it was nearly impossible to do without the ball tool for fondant. Next time :)

Paul Frank Monkey Cake

My first cake without a mold! Covered with Marshmallow Fondant.

My Daughter turned 4! We threw her a "Paul Frank" monkey party. Mommy had to figure out how to make a monkey cake :)

3D Spiderman Cake

Spiderman Cake and Cupcake Display

This was a yummy marble cake with chocolate pudding filling. The entire cake is covered in Marshmallow Fondant, and the head is a Styrofoam Ball attached to a dowel.
